Process description of external defense (3PE) production line:
Intermediate frequency heaters are installed near the epoxy powder coating equipment in the main section of the coating conveying line. This equipment can heat the outer surface of the steel pipe to the temperature required for epoxy powder coating (150°C~250°C). The heated steel pipe passes through the epoxy powder spraying room installed on the conveying line, and the epoxy powder sprayed out by the high-voltage electrostatic spray gun installed in the spraying room is evenly adsorbed on the outer surface of the hot steel pipe, and rapidly fused to form a thick layer Uniform coating. The distance between the epoxy powder spraying room and the coating area should ensure that the coating is carried out during the gelation of the powder. The steel pipe sprayed with epoxy powder is in the gelation process of the powder. Adhesive extruder and polyethylene extruder extrude the material evenly in sheet form, and wrap the adhesive and polyethylene on the steel pipe in turn. Adhesive and polyethylene granules are supplied through a negative pressure suction centralized feeding system, and the supply of adhesive and polyethylene is uninterrupted throughout the production process.
Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) Coating Pipe Spool, both internal & external, are essentially single layer (thin) coatings.
